- 1 Salt, black pepper
- 10 grams Butter
- 2 tbsp *Red wine
- 1 tbsp *Soy sauce

- 1 1/2 tsp *Garlic (finely minced)

- Arrange the pork as shown, with four slices lying on top of each other, overlapping about 1cm.
