  22. 1/2 tsp Cumin powder

  25. 2 Tomato
  26. 5-8 Cashew nuts
  27. 75-80 gram Curd
  28. to taste Salt
  29. as needed Oil for cooking

Steps to make Seekh ka Saalan

  1. Now transfer in a bowl add all seekh masala and salt in it and mix well
  2. Now take skeevers and arrange the mutton mix as seekh kabab in the skewers
  3. Now pour butter in grilled pan and grilled it till half done
  4. When done keep aside
  5. First roast the onion till it soft add cashew nuts and fry both
  6. Now separate from hot oil to cool
  7. When it's cool add tomato and curd and make paste and keep aside it
  8. Now again heat oil add whole masala and roast for 10 seconds
  9. Now add ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute
  10. Now add one by one red chilli, corriender, cumin,black Pepper and stir till raw smell gone
  11. Now add roasted seekh kabab in it and coated all kababs with masala
  12. Then add roasted cashew and onion paste and mix well
  13. Add required amount of water and cook for 10 minutes on low flame
  14. When go to final add some fresh chopped corriender and mix well (adjust salt according to taste)
  15. Now burn a charcoal piece and place it in a ban bowl and pour some butter over it and closed the lid and leave it for 5 minutes
  16. Now Seekh ka Saalan is ready to serve
  17. Serve hot with roti or naan, Garnish with some corriender and mint leaves and with onion rings
