  7. Place the bread on the griddle and do this until your griddle is full, I was able to get a whole loaf of Texas Toast bread on my 36 inch griddle.
  8. After a couple of minutes check to see if the egg mixture will is cooked and flip to the other side when ready. A long spatula from the Blackstone Accessory kit will make the French toast flipping so much easier!
  9. Once the second side of the French Toast is cooked remove and serve!!
  10. If you are making more French Toast (we made a second loaf of bread to have leftovers) use the Blackstone Scrapper to remove any food debris and reoil a bit more.
  11. Repeat the process until you are out of bread!
  12. Turn off the griddle, clean the griddle, and reoil the griddle so when it has cooled off you can cover and store your griddle.
